Clove Bud Essential Oil is sold in an amber glass bottle.
Clove bud oil has a strong, warm, spicy aroma. Clove bud is safer to use than clove leaf on the skin but is still an irritant to the skin and should not be used in products that are left on the skin for long periods of time. If using in soap or other products that do not stay on the skin, it is recommended to use at levels below 1 percent. Blends well with orange, cinnamon, lavender, and peppermint.
