White Willow Bark
White willow bark has long been thought to help relieve pain. It contains salicin, a chemical that is similar in nature to aspirin. When used in salves, it may help relieve muscle soreness, cramps, and headaches. Its astringent properties may also make it useful in healing cuts and sores.

Do not use if you have an allergy to aspirin.
Store in a tin or similar container in a cool, dark place.
