Dried Comfrey Leaf
It is believed to help speed the healing of broken bones and sprains, as well as reduce the pain and swelling of bruising, inflammation, and arthritis. When used in creams or salves, it has anti-inflammatory and astringent properties, and may help heal wounds. Since it helps regenerate cells, it is not recommended to be used on deep or dirty wounds, as it may cause the outside skin to heal quicker than the inner layers.
