Skullcap, also known as Blue Skullcap. The herb is prepared as tea, usually in combination with other herbs. It is also used to make salves, creams and ointments for topical use.
Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. This herb may increase the effects of sedative medications, including antidepressants.
